MID LEVEL: BSME or equivalent four year technical engineering degree with 3-6 years’ energy efficiency and/or renewable technology experience. Ability to analyze and quantify energy savings and implement projects involving chiller and boiler plants, motors, VSDs, HVAC retrofit and distributed generation projects. SENIOR LEVEL: BSME or equivalent four year technical engineering degree with 7+ years’ energy efficiency and/or renewable technology experience. Demonstrated ability to analyze and quantify energy savings and implement complex projects involving chiller and boiler plants, motors, VSDs, HVAC retrofit and distributed generation projects. Knowledge of measurement and verification, project cost estimating and accounting desired.

#1 Director, IPP and Developer Sales
Location: Southern CA

A leader in the design and manufacture of solar power systems seeks a Director of Independent Power Producer & Developer Sales to be responsible for sales of equipment to independent power producers and developers in the United States. Requirements: 10+ yrs experience, BS or BA required, MBA preferred, minimum of 5 years experience in the electricity industry, preferably with close ties to development of unregulated power generation resources, minimum of 10 years sales experience, including sale or development of large, complex projects and minimum of 5 years sales management experience.

#3 Director, Regulated Utility Sales
Location: Southern CA
Salary: Commensurate with experience
A leader in the design and manufacture of solar power systems seeks a Director of Regulated Utility Sales is responsible for developing and executing a business plan for sales of equipment to regulated utilities in the United States.  Requirements: 15+ yrs experience, BS or BA required, MBA preferred, minimum of 5 years experience in a regulated utility industry, preferably with electric utilities in the Southwest United States, minimum of 10 years sales experience, including sale or development of large, complex projects and minimum of 5 years sales management experience.

#20 Mechanical Engineer – Package and Receiver
Location: Southern CA
Salary: Commensurate with experience
A leader in the design and manufacture of solar power systems seeks an Engineer to develop parts and subassemblies for multi-million unit volume production, including injection molded plastic, complex sheet metal, soldered joints, ceramic substrates, dispensed sealants, adhesives, and thermal materials, etc. plan and execute rigorous testing and provide interpretation of complex test data, develop and maintain subsystem specifications, present reviews of design, DVT (design verification test) plans, develop and maintain BOM’s, and UL critical components analysis, develop and maintain FMEA’s to identify and document technical risks, develop and maintain detail schedules and report progress against schedule, deliver ANSI Y14.5 compliant mechanical drawings, develop and maintain accurate tolerance analysis for receiver plate subsystem, perform thermal FEA and hand calculations as required to model heat transfer and complete projects & action items in a reasonable timeframe. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical engineering or related field, minimum of 5 years experience.

Leading Energy Services Company seeks Account Executives.  Requirements: 5+ years progressive experience marketing ESCO, performance contract, engineering, lighting, demand side management, or technical solutions within energy services industry and target markets required, including the ability to identify customer energy needs, effectively communicate energy solutions, and position as provider of choice; proven track record of securing sales of complex offerings from top-level management; demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation; effective sales negotiation and closing techniques; proven ability to identify customer energy needs and articulate energy solutions; strong oral, written, telephone and computer communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and business relationships; valid Drivers License issued by state of residence and in good standing; U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required; may be required to pass security clearance investigation; travel required; Extensive knowledge of energy solutions and services, including demonstrated sales and project development success. Will cultivate long-term customer relationships for energy performance contracting services, identify and qualify energy efficiency projects (including facility upgrades, retrofit, and modernization), and partner with project teams to develop and produce customized proposals that include technical and financial solutions and deliver energy cost savings for the company's customers.
