Energy Services Company seeks Project Engineer – Energy Services & Renewables.  QUALIFICATIONS: ENTRY LEVEL: BSME or equivalent four year technical engineering degree plus exposure to construction, facility infrastructure, renewable technology, and/or energy efficiency project opportunities. MID LEVEL: BSME or equivalent four year technical engineering degree with 3-6 years’ energy efficiency and/or renewable technology experience. Ability to analyze and quantify energy savings and implement projects involving chiller and boiler plants, motors, VSDs, HVAC retrofit and distributed generation projects. SENIOR LEVEL: BSME or equivalent four year technical engineering degree with 7+ years’ energy efficiency and/or renewable technology experience. Demonstrated ability to analyze and quantify energy savings and implement complex projects involving chiller and boiler plants, motors, VSDs, HVAC retrofit and distributed generation projects. Knowledge of measurement and verification, project cost estimating and accounting desired.

#4 Account Executive
Location: MA, CO, WY, CT, OH, TX, CA
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Leading Energy Services Company seeks Account Executives.  Requirements: 5+ years progressive experience marketing ESCO, performance contract, engineering, lighting, demand side management, or technical solutions within energy services industry and target markets required, including the ability to identify customer energy needs, effectively communicate energy solutions, and position as provider of choice; proven track record of securing sales of complex offerings from top-level management; demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation; effective sales negotiation and closing techniques; proven ability to identify customer energy needs and articulate energy solutions; strong oral, written, telephone and computer communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and business relationships; valid Drivers License issued by state of residence and in good standing; U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required; may be required to pass security clearance investigation; travel required; Extensive knowledge of energy solutions and services, including demonstrated sales and project development success. Will cultivate long-term customer relationships for energy performance contracting services, identify and qualify energy efficiency projects (including facility upgrades, retrofit, and modernization), and partner with project teams to develop and produce customized proposals that include technical and financial solutions and deliver energy cost savings for the company's customers.


#16 Project Development Engineer

Energy Service company seeks Project Engineers for the company's energy solutions and services. Qualifications: BSME or related degree plus minimum of 3-5 years' technical engineering, design, esco, and/or consulting experience in energy analysis or energy efficiency projects, with demonstrated ability to analyze and quantify energy and operational needs, use, and savings projections, plus: Exposure to facility operations and mechanical installation projects involving chiller and boiler plants, motors, VSDs, HVAC retrofit, and distributed generation projects, experience with measurement and verification, project cost accounting, and estimating, experience with building simulation and related software desirable, financial planning and budget experience, with ability to develop a business case desirable, solid verbal, written, computer communication and presentation skills required, Professional registration and/or CEM desirable, valid Drivers' License issued by state of residence and in good standing, U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required, may be required to pass security clearance investigation and ability to travel required.

#6 Construction Project Managers – Federal Projects

Leading Energy Services Company seeks Construction Project Managers.  Requirements: Minimum 4-10+ years electrical, mechanical, engineering, or industrial power construction project management work experience focusing on HVAC/Lighting/Control Retrofits and upgrades; Utility meter and high efficiency boiler and biomass power generation installations; completion or progress toward engineering, technical, or industry-related education preferred; proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and foster positive business relationships; [previous experience with federal renovation projects highly desirable; will consider commercial/industrial project experience that required a high degree of compliance; proficient project management software skills (MS Project, AutoCAD); U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required; valid Drivers’ License in good standing, issued by resident state; must be capable of passing security clearance investigation; may require on-call response and travel.
