Energy Services Company seeks Directors for the Southeast and the Southwest. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, preferably in an engineering or energy-related field; MS, MBA, or progress toward advanced studies desirable; 10+ years' proven track record with an ESCO; Progressive experience developing, executing, and implementing energy engineering, performance contract, and technical solutions within energy services industry; Business development focus; Demonstrated leadership experience; Energy services industry recognition and participation including active professional association participation, experience speaking at industry events; In-depth knowledge of southeastern US energy market growth and opportunities; The individual will be responsible for the professional development and direction of regional Business Development and Engineering talent and operations, therefore a management, sales and technical background would be ideal; Excellent verbal, written, computer, interpersonal, and presentation skills; U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required; May be required to pass security clearance investigation; Ability to travel required.


#2 Account Executive
Location: NC, VA, CA, CO, MD, AL, MN, MO, NY, Southwest
Salary: Commensurate with Experience

Energy Service company seeks key Account Executives responsible for promoting the company's energy solutions and services. Requirements: 5+ years progressive experience marketing ESCO, performance contract, engineering, or technical solutions within energy services industry and target markets required, including the ability to identify customer energy needs, effectively communicate energy solutions, and position the company as provider of choice, contact/presence in the market, background & knowledge of performance contracting in Higher Education, proven track record of securing sales of complex offerings from top-level management, demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation, effective sales negotiation and closing techniques, proven ability to identify customer energy needs and articulate energy solutions, valid Drivers License issued by state of residence and in good standing, U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required, may be required to pass security clearance investigation, travel required.
