Energy Services Company seeks a Director of Taxation.  REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 7 years experience with direct management responsibility for corporate domestic and international tax compliance and accounting within a public accounting or publicly traded company, working knowledge of accounting rules and requirements as promulgated by FIN 48 and FAS 109  Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. Advanced taxation education, CPA, MS, or MBA desirable, demonstrated business acumen with superior research, analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills and abilities, proven ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with multiple levels and parties, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliverables within an entrepreneurial work setting. Valid Drivers License in good standing, U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required and may be required to pass security clearance investigation. Travel may be required.
