MID LEVEL: BSME or equivalent four year technical engineering degree with 3-6 years’ energy efficiency and/or renewable technology experience. Ability to analyze and quantify energy savings and implement projects involving chiller and boiler plants, motors, VSDs, HVAC retrofit and distributed generation projects. Leading Energy Services Company seeks a Director of Construction.  Requirements: 10-12 years experience in engineering and/or construction project management of landfill gas to energy construction projects; understanding of plant operations; BA/BS in an engineering discipline
(civil, electrical, mechanical, construction); working knowledge of Civil, Electrical, Structural and Mechanical scopes of work; familiarity with LFGTE market, subcontractors, and suppliers; demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and business relationships; knowledge of OSHA and Construction Safety practices; valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing; U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required; overnight travel required;  U.S. travel required to presently oversee 18 projects (with more in the works) and an interest in expansion to Biogas, other types of fuels, carbon credits.

A leader in the design and manufacture of solar power systems seeks an Engineer to develop parts and subassemblies for multi-million unit volume production, including injection molded plastic, complex sheet metal, soldered joints, ceramic substrates, dispensed sealants, adhesives, and thermal materials, etc. plan and execute rigorous testing and provide interpretation of complex test data, develop and maintain subsystem specifications, present reviews of design, DVT (design verification test) plans, develop and maintain BOM’s, and UL critical components analysis, develop and maintain FMEA’s to identify and document technical risks, develop and maintain detail schedules and report progress against schedule, deliver ANSI Y14.5 compliant mechanical drawings, develop and maintain accurate tolerance analysis for receiver plate subsystem, perform thermal FEA and hand calculations as required to model heat transfer and complete projects & action items in a reasonable timeframe. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical engineering or related field, minimum of 5 years experience.
