The landfill gas projects are design / build, company owned, landfill gas to energy plants in the federal and industrial markets. This position will provide a high degree of oversight to all company projects. REQUIREMENTS: 10-12 years experience in engineering and/or construction project management of landfill gas to energy projects and federal construction projects, BA/BS in an engineering discipline (civil, electrical, mechanical, construction), Professional registration (P.E.) preferred, working knowledge of Civil, Electrical, Structural and Mechanical scopes of work, familiarity with lfgte market, subcontractors, and suppliers, knowledge of OSHA and Construction Safety practices, computer proficiency, including MS Office, MS Project. AutoCAD preferred, Valid Drivers' License issued by state of residence and in good standing, U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required, overnight travel required.

Qualifications: BSME or related degree plus minimum of 3-5 years' technical engineering, design, esco, and/or consulting experience in energy analysis or energy efficiency projects, with demonstrated ability to analyze and quantify energy and operational needs, use, and savings projections, plus: Exposure to facility operations and mechanical installation projects involving chiller and boiler plants, motors, VSDs, HVAC retrofit, and distributed generation projects, experience with measurement and verification, project cost accounting, and estimating, experience with building simulation and related software desirable, financial planning and budget experience, with ability to develop a business case desirable, solid verbal, written, computer communication and presentation skills required, Professional registration and/or CEM desirable, valid Drivers' License issued by state of residence and in good standing, U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required, may be required to pass security clearance investigation and ability to travel required.
